Daily rates (3 night minimum):
High Season*-  $130 per night + cleaning fee & state taxes.
Low Season**- $110 per night + cleaning fee & state taxes.

Cleaning fee is $125 per stay. 
State Taxes =13.41% 


*High Season is Sept. 16-May 30    **Low Season is June 1- Sept 15

Lower rates are available for stays longer than 7 nights and for monthly stays. Please ask.

RESERVATIONS: The above rates are for one to four (1-4) person occupancy.  Additional occupants are $5 each per night.  (A maximum of 6 persons are allowed in this unit.  

An advance booking fee of 25% of the total, with notification of exact dates of arrival, departure and how many occupants, is required to hold your reservation.  Once confirmation is made and payment has cleared, your balance is due in-full 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. Any reservation which is not paid in full prior to 60 days of scheduled arrival will be suject to a cancellation and bookkeeping fee.  Reservation changes are subject to a $25 processing fee.  

Payment can be made personal check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover card. Reservation is not secure until payment has cleared.  

CANCELLATION: Your deposit is refundable (subject to a $100 cancellation/bookkeeping fee) if cancellation notice is given 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds of deposit or prepaid rent will be given if cancellation is less than 30 days of scheduled arrival date. (Reservations cancelled will be refunded if unit is re-rented.)

  Check-out time is 11 a.m.
