What a beautiful condo you have here in Kona. It is well equipped and we loved cooking in your nice kitchen! The lot next to your unit is so interesting as I became an avid bird watcher and just enjoyed the peace and quiet. It's just perfect.

Arrived after our flight and very easily found the condo. Nicely decorated, well maintained and very clean. It's right in the middle of a lot of the "action" on Alii Drive in Kona- Right across the street from the ocean but no sand there, just lava (like most of the Big Island). The beach is right down the street, including one of the best snorkeling spots. Easily sleeps 4 people- 6 if someone sleeps on the sofabed. Plenty of room and has air conditioning so it's always comfortable. Everything you should need is in the condo making it very easy to just bring a carry-on. Book it- you won't regret it.

John, the manager was friendly, responsive and always available. The two flat screen TV with direct TV was a bonus. I was thrilled to be able to watch my beloved BC Eagles not once, but twice in Hawaii. Great value, great location.

This condo is very cute, well-decorated and definitely enough room for 4 people. Convenient location. The condo manager is a great resource for tasty restaurants that only the locals know about. Would love to stay in this condo again!!! Mahalo to the owners.
Vacation Rental-Kailua Kona, Hawaii
On the Big Island
Our condo is our 2nd home so it is furnished for our comfort and convenience. The entire unit has been totally renovated to include tile floors throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, new appliances with designer furnishings and decor.
There are two bedrooms and two full-baths. The master bath has an oversized tile shower and the guest bath has a tiled tub-shower combination. The master bedroom also has a private door to the lanai. The bed in the master is king size and the guest bedroom has two twins that can be pushed together to form another king-size bed. All mattresses are high quality Serta mattresses. The sofa in the living area converts to a comfortable queen-size bed.
In the hallway, adjacent to the bedrooms. is a new full size stacked washer and dryer.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a new dishwasher, stainless refrigerator, stove and microwave. Also included is a full range of cooking utensils, appliances, spices, dishes, and serving items.
The entire condo complex, to include our unit, includes free WI-FI access. Our unit includes a land line telephone for local calls only.
